RETURN POLICY

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation 

We are committed to being your trusted cultivation supply partner – for advice, service and convince at a competitive price.  If you are not satisfied, contact us so we can help you find a replacement.

Please inspect all deliveries for damages immediately upon receiving.  All damages or wrong items received, must be reported, with photographs, to The Big Tomato within 24hrs.

Returns

You may return unopened items within 15 days of purchase for a refund.  We do not accept refunds on nutrients, harvest tools, lamps and bulbs, or custom order benches/tables.

Please keep packaging material until you are completely satisfied with the condition and performance of product purchased.  This will make it easier to return your products, if necessary. 

Restocking Fee

On all returns, customer is responsible for a restocking fee of 20%.

Refund 

Unopened products can be retuned with 15 days of customer receipt of shipment.  A refund will be issued, less shipping and/or restocking fee, once product is received at our warehouse and inspected.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Requirements

  • Products must be in new, resalable condition, and in the original, undamaged manufacturers packaging.
  • Products must be free of scratches, dents, or cosmetic defects.
  • Products must not be used. 
  • Returns must contain all original informational brochures, installation guides, cords, and accessories.

Big Tomato reserves the right to refuse a return for any item not in like-new condition.  Customers are responsible for restocking fee, return shipping costs and to send items back to warehouse in same condition the shipment was delivered.  Thebigtomato.com is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen return items. 

Return instructions:

  1. All returns must be authorized.  Contact thebigtomato.com by phone or email to request a return. 
  2. All merchandise must be in original packaging and placed in shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
  3. You must return package to warehouse address we provide in your return authorization email. 
  4. Your shipment will be inspected when we receive your package.  Refund will be issued with 7-10 business days of receiving return.

Defective Products

If product is defective within 30 days of receiving the order, we will exchange, credit, or issue a refund after receiving returned defective merchandise and inspection.  Please contact us immediately by phone or email if product is found defective.

Order Cancellation 

Please contact us immediately by phone or email to cancel an order.  Once an order is shipped, it is considered fulfilled, and return will be subject to restocking fees and responsible for return shipping.  Order is not considered cancelled until notified verbally or written of cancellation.

If your cancellation request is received after order has been invoiced and payment captured, refund will be subject to 3% processing fee.
